For varying dust concentrations and particle hardness levels, multiple protection options are available for blade windward surfaces: hardfacing wear-resistant alloy, bonded ceramic tiles or sprayed chromium carbide coatings. Replaceable wear-resistant liners can be installed on inner volute casing and air inlet box high-wear areas, eliminating the need for full unit replacement after wear and drastically cutting post-operation maintenance costs.
The rotor assembly undergoes high-precision dynamic balancing calibration, maintaining stable operation under long-term scouring by dust-laden airflow and avoiding intensified vibration leading to seal failure and bearing damage. Meanwhile, we offer multiple driving modes including direct drive and belt drive, enabling flexible type selection based on on-site installation space and working condition parameters for perfect matching with various dust removal system supporting demands.
