In the chemical industry, there are corrosion environments that can only be described as "extreme" - wet chlorine gas, hypochlorite, oxidizing acids (such as nitric acid, chromic acid), high-temperature organic acids, bromine-containing acetic acid mixed media... These media are extremely destructive to stainless steel; even 316L stainless steel develops pitting and stress corrosion cracking within a short time, while FRP has insufficient temperature resistance or intolerance to certain solvents. Under such circumstances, only titanium material can handle the job. The design, materials, and manufacturing of the Titanium steel corrosion-resistant blower must meet extremely stringent standards. The fan structure is all-titanium or key components (impeller, casing, main shaft sheath) adopt titanium material. Impellers are usually CNC-cut, stamped, and formed from titanium plate, then TIG-welded in a dedicated argon-filled protective chamber - because titanium readily absorbs gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, and hydrogen at high temperatures and becomes brittle, welding must be performed under inert gas protection, with welds undergoing 100% radiographic testing (RT) to ensure no pores or cracks. Fan design fully considers titanium material characteristics, such as avoiding direct contact with dissimilar metals to prevent electrochemical corrosion, and adopting rib reinforcement design to compensate for titanium's lower elastic modulus, ensuring structural rigidity. The shaft seal system selects double mechanical seals or magnetic coupling seals based on medium toxicity, achieving zero leakage - because leakage of extremely corrosive media would have disastrous consequences. Customization Capability
Titanium steel corrosion-resistant blowers are high-end custom products, each individually designed based on customer operating conditions. Customers provide medium composition, concentration, temperature, pressure, flow, and corrosion grade; our engineers perform titanium grade selection (TA2 pure titanium or TC4 titanium alloy), aerodynamic design, and structural strength calculation. Welding is performed in an argon-filled protective chamber, with welds undergoing 100% radiographic testing. Double mechanical seals or magnetic seals can be configured. All-titanium structure or titanium-steel composite structure available. Inlet/outlet flanges and installation dimensions customized to customer requirements. MOQ is one unit; customization lead time is 15–30 working days depending on complexity.
Quality Control
Quality control for titanium steel fans is extremely strict. Before warehousing, titanium materials are verified against material certificates, with spectral analysis and hardness testing. Welding is performed in an argon-filled protective chamber by welders holding titanium welding qualifications, with welds undergoing 100% radiographic testing - no pores or cracks. After welding, impellers undergo stress-relief heat treatment, then high-speed dynamic balancing with accuracy no lower than Grade G2.5. Casings undergo hydraulic pressure testing and helium mass spectrometry leak detection to ensure pressure-bearing and sealing performance. After assembly, no-load trial runs of no less than 4 hours monitor vibration, temperature, and noise. Before shipping, comprehensive inspection is performed, accompanied by material certificates, welding inspection reports, hydraulic test reports, and performance test records.
Payment Terms
Titanium steel corrosion-resistant blowers are high-value custom products, adopting 50% advance deposit and 50% balance paid before shipment. After the customer confirms the technical proposal and drawings and pays the deposit, we initiate titanium material procurement and manufacturing upon receipt. After products pass inspection and the customer confirms, the balance is paid and we arrange shipment. All payments go through corporate accounts. We accept settlement in multiple currencies including USD and EUR. All technical parameters, material requirements, acceptance standards, and payment terms are stipulated in a formal contract, effective upon signing and stamping by both parties.
