It features a dedicated explosion-proof motor precisely matched to the fan's protection class. Available in standard 380V/50Hz supply with 4- or 6-pole options, the motor offers F-class insulation (upgradable to H-class), IP55 enclosure (IP65 for outdoor models), and IE3 efficiency for durable and economical long-term operation. For ducted installations, an Ex d IIB T4 Gb motor is used, while wall-mounted units can be configured with Ex tD dust ignition protection or Ex e increased safety versions to cover both gas and dust environments.

Its blades are made from high-strength aluminum alloy (or conductive engineering plastic in specific cases) and are bonded to a metal hub to dissipate static charges. With optimized aerodynamics and robust balancing (G6.3 standard, upgradable to G2.5), the fan operates smoothly with low vibration (≤2.5 mm/s) and noise levels of 68–78 dB(A) at 1 m distance. In tank farm applications, multiple fans create continuous airflow to disperse vapors below explosive limits, while the housing temperature remains below 135 °C to comply with T4 requirements-even under harsh weather conditions.
