The High Temp Duct Fan (Mixed-Flow) is an excellent choice for moving process air in medium-temperature, medium-resistance systems. It effectively bridges the gap between purely axial and purely centrifugal designs, making it highly versatile for applications such as heat treatment furnace exhaust, drying line air recirculation, and gas turbine intake pre-heating, typically within a 200°C to 400°C range. This adaptable fan delivers the ideal balance of airflow volume and pressure for a wide range of industrial heating and ventilation processes.
Precision-Crafted for Demanding Environments
At its core is a complex mixed-flow impeller designed for efficiency. We use precision-cast or welded heat-resistant stainless steels, such as 310S or 15CrMo, to maintain precise airfoil geometry and structural strength at elevated temperatures. For the most extreme conditions, custom impellers in premium Inconel alloys are available. Each unit is paired with a high-temperature motor, featuring F-class or higher insulation and protection ratings starting at IP55. Enhanced cooling options, including independent cooling fans, ensure motor reliability, while the hot impeller, with a high G2.5 balance grade, guarantees smooth and stable operation.
