The Centrifugal high temperature fan is engineered as a heavy-duty centrifugal machine specifically for conveying hot gases ranging from 250°C to over 500°C. It effectively addresses critical challenges such as material strength degradation, thermal deformation, differential expansion, and lubrication under extreme heat, ensuring structural integrity and reliable operation in harsh environments. This robust fan is a key component in demanding processes such as metallurgical blast furnace hot air systems, cement kiln inlet/exhaust, chemical cracking, and waste heat recovery applications.

 

Advanced Design & Durable Construction

 

 

Designed in compliance with Centrifugal high temperature fan equipment standards, the fan uses materials whose high-temperature mechanical properties are based on ASME BPVC Section II, with calculations accounting for creep and allowable stress reduction. Its fully steel construction withstands intense heat, with critical components like the impeller made from welded heat-resistant alloys such as 15Mo3 or SS310, followed by stress-relieving heat treatment. The casing often includes internal insulation and external stiffeners. Reliability is ensured by a water-cooled bearing housing or large heat sinks combined with a forced lubrication system, maintaining bearing temperatures below 70°C, and a shaft equipped with an expansion joint. The matched motor, rated 15–315 kW, offers voltage options from 380V to 10kV, features F-class or higher insulation, IP54 protection, and meets efficiency grade 2 standards, always including an independent cooling fan to ensure stability under high-temperature conditions.
