Ordinary fans at such temperatures suffer rapid impeller material strength decay, casing thermal deformation, and bearing lubrication failure - before long, severe faults such as increased vibration, bearing burnout, or even impeller deformation occur. Our factory's Industrial high-temperature centrifugal fan is specifically designed for conveying high-temperature gases of 250–500°C, with core technology addressing material strength decay, thermal deformation, thermal expansion differences, and lubrication challenges at high temperatures, ensuring structural integrity and operational reliability in harsh thermal environments.
The Industrial high-temperature centrifugal fan adopts all-steel construction with key components selected from heat-resistant alloy steel. The impeller is the core, usually welded from 15Mo3, SS310, or higher-grade heat-resistant stainless steel, and undergoes stress-relief heat treatment after welding to prevent deformation and cracking at high temperatures. The casing interior is usually fitted with insulation layers, with external stiffeners to control thermal deformation. The most critical bearing housing must be effectively insulated from the high-temperature casing, usually adopting a double-wall water-cooled structure or large cooling fins, equipped with a forced lubrication system to ensure bearing temperature always remains below 70°C. The main shaft is usually fitted with expansion joints, allowing axial expansion under hot conditions to avoid shaft bending due to thermal stress. Quality Control
The quality of high-temperature fans directly relates to production line safety, so we enforce strict manufacturing inspection. Heat-resistant steel materials are verified against material certificates and heat numbers upon warehousing, with key components undergoing spectral analysis verification. Welding is performed by certified welders, with welds undergoing penetrant or radiographic testing. After welding, impellers undergo stress-relief heat treatment, then high-speed dynamic balancing with accuracy no lower than Grade G2.5. Bearing housings undergo hydraulic pressure testing, with water cooling systems undergoing sealing testing. After assembly, no-load running of no less than 2 hours monitors bearing temperature rise and vibration. Every product undergoes 100% inspection before shipping, accompanied by material certificates and inspection records.
