Product Description
Some industrial processes are not intermittently high-temperature but continuously convey high-temperature gas 24/7, 365 days a year - such as kiln tail induced draft fans in cement plants and boiler induced draft fans in power plants. Once stopped, it means the entire production line halts, with losses counted by the hour. In such scenarios, the requirement for fans is not merely "able to withstand high temperatures" but "long-term heat resistance, continuous operation, and fewer faults at high temperatures." Our factory's Industrial heat-resistant centrifugal fan is a heavy-duty centrifugal fan designed for exactly such long-term continuous high-temperature operation conditions - from material selection to structural design, every step revolves around "long-term heat-resistant reliability."
The core of the Industrial heat-resistant centrifugal fan lies in rational selection of heat-resistant materials and systematic elimination of thermal stress. Impellers adopt heat-resistant cast steel or forged steel (such as ZG40Cr25Ni20 or 310S stainless steel), precision-machined and high-temperature dynamically balanced, with material creep strength and long-term thermal fatigue performance at high temperatures rigorously evaluated to ensure no creep deformation or thermal fatigue cracking occurs over years of continuous operation. The casing adopts a double-layer structure, with the inner layer contacting high-temperature gas and the outer layer as structural reinforcement; an air insulation cavity or ceramic fiber insulation filling can be provided between the two layers to significantly reduce shell temperature and control thermal deformation. The bearing system faces the greatest challenge, usually adopting a double-layer bearing housing with water cooling jacket, equipped with a forced-circulation oil lubrication system; parameters such as oil temperature, oil pressure, shaft vibration, and shaft displacement are continuously monitored online, ensuring bearing operating temperature remains stable within safe range. All thermal expansion locations are preset with sufficient clearance and expansion guide structures; the main shaft adopts a single-side positioned bearing housing, allowing the shaft to freely expand toward one end when heated, avoiding thermal stress accumulation. Our factory's Industrial heat-resistant centrifugal fan undergoes high-speed dynamic balancing and overspeed testing before shipping, ensuring rotor system vibration at operating speed is well below alarm thresholds, laying the foundation for long-term continuous operation.

Quality Control
Heat-resistant centrifugal fans are used in continuous operation conditions, with extremely strict quality control. Heat-resistant cast steel materials are verified against material certificates upon warehousing, with spectral analysis and high-temperature mechanical property verification. Welding is performed by certified welders, with key welds undergoing 100% radiographic testing. After welding, impellers undergo stress-relief heat treatment, then high-speed dynamic balancing and overspeed testing with accuracy no lower than Grade G2.5. Double-layer casings undergo sealing testing; water-cooled bearing housings undergo hydraulic pressure testing and flow testing. After assembly, no-load running of no less than 4 hours continuously monitors bearing temperature rise, vibration, and oil system parameters. Every product undergoes 100% inspection, accompanied by complete material certificates, inspection reports, and test records.
Certifications
The company holds multiple national utility model patents, with technology applied in high-temperature fan structural optimization. Heat-resistant materials comply with ASTM A240 and relevant high-temperature alloy standards; welding processes follow ASME BPVC or equivalent codes. Product performance testing follows ISO 5801 and AMCA 210 standards. Motors carry CCC certification; CE documentation available for export. Lubricating oil stations and control systems comply with relevant national standards. Products have been applied in continuous operation conditions at multiple cement plants, power plants, and steel mills, operating stably and recognized by customers.
Payment Terms
Heat-resistant centrifugal fans are high-value heavy equipment. Standard products: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. Custom material or special configuration products: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. All payments go through corporate accounts - personal account payments not accepted. We accept settlement in multiple currencies including USD and EUR, with exchange rates based on the Bank of China central parity rate on the payment date.
