The axial flow roof fan is a direct ventilation solution installed on building roofs, designed to efficiently exhaust indoor air to the outside along the fan's axis. Its performance meets AMCA Standard 260, with a rated airflow of 8,000 to 15,000 m³/h and efficient operation under system resistance of 0 to 75 Pa static pressure. The total pressure efficiency can reach 55% to 65%, with an operating power of approximately 1.5 to 3.0 kW.

This Axial flow roof fan is specifically designed for high-volume air exhaust applications with low system resistance, making it suitable for industrial plants, warehouses, gymnasiums, and other areas that require rapid removal of large volumes of hot air, smoke, or lightly polluted gases.

The fan body consists of a rain cap, motor bracket, impeller, and vertically mounted fan casing. Its core component is a cast aluminum airfoil blade, capable of moving a large volume of air at lower speeds, thus balancing energy consumption and noise.

The driving motor is an outdoor-specific type with a rated power of 2.2 to 4.0 kW, using a 4-pole 380V/50Hz power supply. It features IP55 protection, Class F insulation, and an IE3 energy efficiency rating. The motor is located outside the airflow and drives the impeller via a long shaft, facilitating maintenance and preventing motor overheating. The fan's rated speed is approximately 1450 r/min, and the overall noise level at a distance of 3 m is typically no higher than 70 dB(A). To ensure smooth operation, the impeller is dynamically balanced to G6.3 accuracy, and vibration intensity is ≤2.8 mm/s.

The standard configuration includes a robust aluminum rain cap, bird screen, and anti-vibration pads. For harsh outdoor environments, the fan has a wind resistance rating of 10 and an IPX4 rain protection rating, featuring an integrated rainproof and anti-backflow hood, as well as a built-in waterproof sealing structure. For areas with fire safety requirements, the fan can be equipped with an automatically closing fire damper certified to UL 762 or similar standards. In terms of safety, the fan meets general lightning protection requirements and includes built-in grounding terminals. The structural design can withstand seismic forces up to magnitude 8.

Applicable Scenarios:
Axial roof fans are particularly effective for summer ventilation in large logistics warehouses. Due to their size, warehouses tend to accumulate hot air near the ceiling. By evenly distributing dozens of axial roof fans with a diameter of approximately 600 mm on the roof-each providing a direct, ductless airflow of around 8,000 m³/h-an effective "chimney effect" is created. This continuously expels hot air while drawing in cooler air from below, significantly lowering the indoor temperature, improving the working environment, and reducing the air conditioning load. Its simple installation and lack of complex ductwork make it highly cost-effective for both new construction and renovation projects.
