The fan body consists of a rain cap, motor bracket, impeller, and vertical cylinder. The core component is a high-efficiency cast aluminum airfoil blade whose aerodynamic profile can move large volumes of air at relatively low rotational speeds, with good energy and noise control. The motor is located outside the airflow, driving the impeller via a long shaft - convenient for maintenance and avoiding motor overheating. Standard configuration includes bird screens, anti-vibration pads, and gravity-type weather dampers that automatically close when the fan stops, preventing rain, snow, and cold air backflow. For areas with fire protection requirements, automatically closing fire dampers can be fitted to meet building fire codes. Cylinders and rain caps are wrapped in stretch film for moisture protection; flange surfaces and blades are fitted with cardboard corner protectors to prevent collision; motors and junction boxes are covered with waterproof bags. Small complete units are packaged in reinforced corrugated cartons; medium and large units use fumigated solid wooden crates with forklift slots and lifting points on the base. Random accessories include conformity certificate, user manual, installation bolts, and sealing strips, sealed in waterproof bags and secured in place. Exterior markings include product name/model, cylinder diameter, crate number, weight, dimensions, and moisture/fragile handling symbols. We support EXW factory delivery or transport to domestic ports (freight borne by us, customs clearance excluded); for export, we can provide commercial invoices, packing lists, and other documents.
