Welding is performed by certified welders; after welding, casings undergo kerosene leakage testing to verify sealing. Each impeller is dynamically balanced after assembly with accuracy no lower than Grade G6.3. After assembly, no-load trial runs verify rotation direction, current, vibration, and noise. Before shipping, every unit undergoes 100% rain sealing testing and performance spot-checking, then receives a conformity certificate and nameplate, accompanied by a user manual, installation diagram, and packing list.
