Durable Construction and Reliable Performance
Designed to deliver consistent airflow under corrosive conditions, this axial flow anti-corrosion fan offers a rated capacity of 12,000 m³/h with a total pressure of 500 Pa. Actual performance after anti-corrosion treatment shows airflow ranging from 11,800–12,200 m³/h, total pressure between 480–520 Pa, and efficiency of 73–76%. The impeller is typically molded from fiberglass or nickel-plated aluminum alloy, combining mechanical strength with excellent corrosion resistance. The direct-drive external rotor motor is specially coated and sealed, rated at 4 kW with IP55 protection (upgradable to IP65), F-class insulation, and IE3 efficiency. Its smooth, washable design minimizes the accumulation of corrosive particulates, supporting low-maintenance operation.
