The Axial Flow Anti-Corrosion Fan is engineered for efficient, high-volume exhaust or supply ventilation in highly corrosive environments. Designed to comply with GB/T 13274, GB/T 2888, and HG/T 20696 standards, this robust fan is well suited for chemical plants, laboratory fume hoods, battery production areas, and other spaces requiring rapid removal of contaminated air. Durable Construction and Reliable Performance

 

 

Designed to deliver consistent airflow under corrosive conditions, this axial flow anti-corrosion fan offers a rated capacity of 12,000 m³/h with a total pressure of 500 Pa. Actual performance after anti-corrosion treatment shows airflow ranging from 11,800–12,200 m³/h, total pressure between 480–520 Pa, and efficiency of 73–76%. The impeller is typically molded from fiberglass or nickel-plated aluminum alloy, combining mechanical strength with excellent corrosion resistance. The direct-drive external rotor motor is specially coated and sealed, rated at 4 kW with IP55 protection (upgradable to IP65), F-class insulation, and IE3 efficiency. Its smooth, washable design minimizes the accumulation of corrosive particulates, supporting low-maintenance operation.

In facilities such as large wastewater treatment sludge halls, the Axial Flow Anti-Corrosion Fan provides essential ventilation in areas where moist, chemical-laden air containing hydrogen sulfide and ammonia is present. Wall- or rooftop-mounted, the all-FRP axial fan continuously extracts contaminated air while introducing fresh air, effectively diluting occasional gas leaks and ensuring a safer working environment. With noise levels controlled within 78 dB(A) at 3 meters and vibration limited to below 4.5 mm/s, this fan meets environmental and operational comfort requirements, offering a dependable and cost-effective solution for large-scale corrosive air handling.
