The impeller is fabricated from titanium plate, formed and welded in controlled atmospheres to prevent contamination and ensure long-term structural integrity. The design eliminates galvanic coupling, incorporates reinforcement to compensate for titanium's lower stiffness, and employs either dual mechanical seals or magnetic couplings to achieve zero-leakage containment. With a rated airflow of 9,000 m³/h and a total pressure of 2,500 Pa, the fan maintains stable measured performance between 8,800–9,200 m³/h and 2,400–2,600 Pa, operating at an efficiency of 75–78% even under extreme thermal and chemical loads.
