Packaging & Shipping
Packaging method selected based on fan size and form. Small fans packaged in reinforced corrugated cartons with foam padding; medium and large fans use fumigated solid wooden crates. Impellers and casings wrapped in stretch film; flange surfaces coated with rust-preventive oil and fitted with covers; motors covered with waterproof bags; impellers secured to prevent collision. Accessories include conformity certificate, user manual, installation bolts, and sealing strips, sealed in waterproof bags. Exterior markings include product name/model, material, installation type, crate number, weight, dimensions, and handling symbols. We support EXW or transport agency; for export, we can provide customs documentation.
Payment Terms
Standard products: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. Custom material or special installation form: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. All payments go through corporate accounts. We accept settlement in multiple currencies including USD, EUR, and GBP, with exchange rates based on the Bank of China central parity rate on the payment date. Long-term cooperative customers may negotiate flexible terms. Bulk orders enjoy tiered discounts. All terms are stipulated in a formal contract, effective upon signing and stamping by both parties.
