The Explosion-proof axial flow ventilator adopts a cylindrical structure with built-in explosion-proof motor and anti-static impeller. The motor is a dedicated explosion-proof motor with Ex e (increased safety) or Ex d (flameproof) type, certified to national explosion-proof standards, with surface temperature controlled below the ignition temperature of the surrounding medium. The impeller is usually cast from aluminum alloy or stamped from stainless steel to avoid spark generation from collision with the casing; for higher requirements, the impeller surface can be treated with anti-static coating to prevent static electricity accumulation. The cylinder is manufactured from galvanized steel or stainless steel, with flanges at both ends for convenient duct connection; wall-mounted type is also available with mounting brackets and rain caps. All electrical components are explosion-proof type, with reliable grounding terminals.
