The entire unit is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and UV-resistant, suitable for long-term outdoor exposure - especially in coastal high-salt-spray areas and locations with corrosive gases. Motors are available in internal or external type; blade material can be cast aluminum or FRP to suit different media and environments. The waterproof performance of freestanding industrial roof fans is the core quality focus, which we emphasize in manufacturing. FRP bases are integrally molded in molds; after molding, surfaces are inspected for cracks and bubbles, and flange faces are checked for flatness to ensure tight fit with the roof. Aluzinc steel bases are CNC-bent and welded, with welds undergoing kerosene leakage testing. The mating surface between the rain cap and base is sealed. Each impeller is dynamically balanced after assembly with accuracy no lower than Grade G6.3. After assembly, no-load trial runs verify current, vibration, and noise. Before shipping, every unit undergoes 100% simulated wind and rain testing - continuous testing at specified wind pressure and water volume for no less than 30 minutes, inspecting the base and joints for no leakage - only then is it released from the factory.

The bases and caps of freestanding roof fans are irregular in shape; we use customized packaging to prevent damage during transport. FRP bases and caps are surface-covered with bubble wrap and stretch film to prevent scratches and moisture. Blades and flange surfaces are fitted with cardboard corner protectors. Motors and junction boxes are covered with waterproof bags. Complete units are packaged in fumigated solid wooden crates, with equipment position secured inside by foam and wooden blocks to prevent swaying and collision during transport. Random accessories include conformity certificate, user manual, installation self-tapping screws, waterproof adhesive, and sealing strips, sealed in waterproof bags and secured inside the crate. Exterior markings include product name/model, base material, crate number, weight, dimensions, and moisture/fragile/this-side-up handling symbols. We support EXW delivery or transport to domestic ports; for export, we can provide customs documentation.

Standard product orders: 30% advance deposit, 70% balance paid before shipment. After the customer confirms the model and technical parameters and pays the deposit, we issue the production plan upon receipt. After products pass inspection and the customer confirms, the balance is paid and we arrange shipment. Custom products (special materials, special dimensions, special colors): 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. All payments go through the company's corporate account - personal account payments are not accepted. We accept settlement in multiple currencies including USD, EUR, and GBP, with exchange rates based on the Bank of China central parity rate on the payment date. Long-term cooperative customers may negotiate more flexible payment terms based on cooperation history. Bulk orders enjoy tiered discounts - the larger the purchase quantity, the lower the unit price, with specific quotes provided by sales managers based on order details. All terms are stipulated in a formal purchase and sales contract, effective upon signing and stamping by both parties.
