Ordinary roof fans in such environments suffer rapid motor moisture damage and condensation dripping inside the cylinder. Our factory's Dehumidifying roof exhaust fan is a special ventilation device specifically designed for high-humidity environments - from motor insulation to casing material, every detail revolves around the word "moistureproof."

The core of the Dehumidifying roof exhaust fan lies in comprehensive upgrades of materials and sealing. Impellers and casings are preferably stainless steel or all-FRP material, fundamentally eliminating rust. Motors must be totally enclosed (TEFC) type with Class F or H special insulation materials and special moistureproof sealing treatment; junction boxes are similarly sealed, ensuring safe operation even in environments with relative humidity approaching 100%. To prevent condensation dripping inside the cylinder when stopped, some models are fitted with anti-condensation insulation layers on the motor and cylinder. The fan outlet is equipped with a gravity-type weather damper with corrosion-resistant rotating shaft and blades, automatically closing when stopped to isolate outdoor moist air. Quality Control

 

 

The moistureproof performance of dehumidifying fans is the core quality focus. Before warehousing, motors are inspected for insulation grade and moistureproof sealing process; after assembly, insulation resistance testing is performed with resistance values no lower than specified. Stainless steel casing welds undergo penetrant testing; FRP casings are inspected for crack- and bubble-free surfaces. After assembly, units undergo continuous operation in a high-temperature high-humidity test chamber for no less than 4 hours, monitoring insulation resistance and motor temperature - only units with no abnormalities are released. Every product undergoes 100% inspection, accompanied by moistureproof performance test records.

 

Customization Capability

 

 

Customization is available based on customer humidity grade and medium composition. Wetted parts can be 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, or FRP, with resin system selected as isophthalic polyester or vinyl ester based on medium. Motor insulation grade can be Class F or H, with anti-condensation heating bands available. Cylinders can be fitted with insulation layers. Dampers can be gravity or electric type. MOQ is one unit; customization lead time is 10–15 working days.
