With 25 years of deep expertise in fan manufacturing, our factory has engineered this heavy duty axial fan as a flagship purpose-built product for high-load, long-cycle continuous operation. It employs a large-diameter airfoil impeller and a high-strength cylindrical housing structure, capable of generating tremendous axial thrust at relatively low rotational speeds, delivering air volumes ranging from tens of thousands to 100,000 cubic meters per hour while keeping vibration and operating noise at industry-leading levels.
Compared with ordinary axial fans, the heavy duty axial fan has undergone comprehensive upgrades in structural strength and environmental adaptability. The impeller is precision-welded from high-quality carbon structural steel or low-alloy high-strength steel, with blade profiles aerodynamically optimized; each unit undergoes dynamic balancing after assembly, with a balance accuracy no lower than Grade G6.3, ensuring smooth operation at high rotational speeds. The casing is roll-formed and welded from thickened steel plate, with both inner and outer surfaces treated with a dual anti-corrosion coating of epoxy zinc-rich primer plus topcoat, enabling it to withstand harsh industrial environments with high dust, high humidity, and mildly corrosive gases. The drive motor is a high-efficiency energy-saving three-phase asynchronous motor from a leading domestic brand, with IP55 protection rating and Class F insulation, capable of long-term continuous operation at ambient temperatures below 40°C. Our factory maintains an in-house R&D team, and every heavy duty axial fan undergoes full-parameter testing on a performance test bench and vibration spectrum analysis before leaving the factory, ensuring that key indicators such as airflow, pressure, and efficiency meet design requirements.

Quality Control
From raw material receiving to finished product shipping, every production stage has dedicated quality inspection checkpoints. Steel plates, motors, and bearings are sourced only from qualified suppliers with material certificates. Welding is performed by certified welders, with critical welds undergoing spot penetrant testing. Each impeller is dynamically balanced after assembly with accuracy no lower than Grade G6.3. Before packaging, every unit undergoes 100% inspection covering five indicators: insulation resistance, grounding continuity, no-load current, vibration velocity, and noise - only units passing all tests are released. We also accept customer-designated third-party inspection agencies for on-site factory verification.
After-Sales Service
We have established a full-cycle service system covering pre-sales, during-sales, and after-sales. Pre-sales, technical consultants with over 10 years of experience provide one-on-one consultation, delivering selection proposals and drawings. During-sales, dedicated personnel follow up and regularly share production progress photos and videos.
