Leveraging 25 years of experience in fan and turbomachinery manufacturing, our factory's vertical axial flow compressor adopts a vertical installation layout, arranging multi-stage rotor and stator blades in series within a vertical cylinder. Gas gains energy stage by stage along the axial direction, achieving continuous pressurization from atmospheric pressure to several kilograms of pressure. Compared with traditional horizontal structures, the vertical layout significantly reduces equipment footprint, making it especially suitable for plants with limited space or processes requiring integration into compact process units.

The core competitiveness of the Vertical axial flow compressor lies in its high-efficiency aerodynamic design and reliable structural strength. Each stage of rotor blades is precision-forged from high-strength alloy steel and then five-axis CNC machined, with blade profiles optimized based on aero-engine compressor airfoil theory, maintaining high efficiency across a wide operating range. The stator blades adopt an adjustable design, synchronously adjusting the angle of each stage via actuators to achieve continuous flow regulation while expanding the compressor's stable operating range and effectively avoiding surge. The rotor assembly undergoes high-precision dynamic balancing to Grade G2.5; support bearings are heavy-duty sleeve bearings with a forced lubrication system, designed for a service life exceeding 100,000 hours. The cylinder is roll-formed and welded from high-strength steel plate, verified by non-destructive testing and hydraulic pressure testing to ensure pressure-bearing safety. Packaging & Shipping

 

 

All products are packaged in fumigated solid wooden crates, with structural strength calculated based on equipment weight and dimensions to ensure no deformation during sea or land transport. Inside the crate, equipment is wrapped in stretch film for moisture protection; machined surfaces and flanges are coated with rust-preventive oil and fitted with protective covers; impellers are secured on dedicated brackets to prevent collision damage. Accessories and technical documents are sealed in waterproof bags. Exterior markings include product information, crate number, weight, dimensions, and handling symbols. We support EXW factory delivery, or can arrange transport to domestic ports (freight borne by us, customs clearance fees excluded). We accept settlement in multiple currencies including USD, EUR, and GBP.
