In such scenarios, the fan must not only withstand high temperatures but also have a structure that facilitates duct connection, with inlet and outlet flanges matching duct dimensions. Our factory's High-temperature ducted axial fan is specifically designed for series connection in high-temperature gas ducts - with cylindrical structure, flanged connections at both ends, and high-temperature resistant motor and impeller, it can be directly installed in the duct to provide stable conveying power for high-temperature gas.

The High-temperature ducted axial fan adopts a straight-through cylindrical structure, with flanges at both inlet and outlet for direct bolted connection to ducts, achieving seamless integration with the duct system. The impeller is cast from heat-resistant aluminum alloy or stamped from stainless steel, with airfoil blade profiles optimized to deliver stable airflow and pressure at high temperatures. The motor is a dedicated high-temperature motor with Class F or H insulation, located inside the cylinder but equipped with independent cooling air path or cooling coil to ensure safe operation at high temperatures. For higher temperature requirements (above 200°C), external long-shaft drive type is recommended, with the motor located outside the duct and driving the impeller via a high-temperature resistant long shaft, fundamentally avoiding motor contact with high-temperature gas. The cylinder is manufactured from thickened galvanized steel or stainless steel, with internal surfaces smooth to reduce flow resistance.
