In the high-temperature exhaust systems of industrial kilns, the hot air extraction of drying equipment, and the high-temperature gas discharge of chemical processes, operating conditions often require both certain pressure to overcome duct and equipment resistance and relatively large airflow to ensure timely discharge of high-temperature gas. Pure axial high-temperature fans lack sufficient pressure; pure centrifugal high-temperature fans are too bulky and have high noise. Our factory's Mixed-flow high-temperature exhaust fan combines the high airflow of axial fans with the moderate pressure of centrifugal fans, optimized for medium-high temperature exhaust scenarios requiring both airflow and pressure - the ideal choice for such "dual-requirement" conditions.

The Mixed-flow high-temperature exhaust fan adopts mixed-flow impellers with complex three-dimensional blade shapes, mostly precision-cast or welded from heat-resistant stainless steel to ensure profile accuracy and strength at high temperatures. Within the impeller, gas moves along the mixed-flow direction (between axial and radial), receiving both axial thrust and centrifugal pressurization, delivering higher pressure than axial fans while maintaining high airflow and low noise. The casing design guides gas smoothly transitioning from axial inlet to oblique outlet, with smooth internal flow passages and insulation layers to reduce heat loss and casing surface temperature. The bearing system adopts air or water cooled structure to ensure bearing temperature remains within safe range at high temperatures. The outlet angle can be customized (45°, 60°, or other) to match duct layout. Quality Control

 

 

The quality focus of mixed-flow high-temperature exhaust fans is on impeller precision and hot-state performance. Heat-resistant stainless steel materials are verified against material certificates upon warehousing, with spectral analysis verification. Precision-cast impellers undergo dimensional inspection and surface flaw detection; welded impellers undergo weld penetrant testing. After welding or casting, impellers undergo stress-relief treatment, then dynamic balancing with accuracy no lower than Grade G6.3. Bearing housings undergo cooling system sealing testing. After assembly, no-load running of no less than 2 hours monitors bearing temperature rise, vibration, and noise. Every product undergoes 100% inspection, accompanied by material certificates and inspection records.

Standard products: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. Custom material or special configuration products: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. All payments go through corporate accounts. We accept settlement in multiple currencies including USD, EUR, and GBP, with exchange rates based on the Bank of China central parity rate on the payment date.
