Our factory's axial flow fan adopts a straight-through structure with airflow parallel to the impeller axis. Air enters axially through the collector, gains kinetic energy passing through rotating airfoil blades, and discharges directly along the axis. The entire flow path is short and smooth with minimal aerodynamic losses, delivering greater airflow than a centrifugal fan at the same motor power. The core component of our axial flow fan is a set of high-efficiency airfoil blades mounted on a hub. Blade profiles adopt the lift-type design of aircraft wings, generating greater thrust at lower power consumption. Blade material is selected by application scenario: cast aluminum alloy (lightweight, high strength, good dynamic balance - suitable for most conventional ventilation), stainless steel (strong corrosion resistance - suitable for chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries with hygiene or corrosion requirements), or engineering plastic (low cost, low noise - suitable for civil and light-duty applications). Many models support adjustable blade angle - customers can adjust the blade setting angle after shutdown to change airflow and pressure within a relatively wide range, improving the fan's adaptability to changing conditions. Motors are arranged either internally (compact, good heat dissipation - for lower temperatures) or externally (driven via a long shaft, motor not contacting the conveyed medium - for high-temperature or corrosive gas applications). Every axial flow fan from our factory undergoes strict pre-shipment inspection including dynamic balancing, insulation testing, no-load running test, and vibration detection, ensuring stable, safe, and reliable operation. Our factory has been rooted in Nantong, Jiangsu for 25 years, focused exclusively on fan manufacturing. Nantong is located on the northern wing of the Yangtze River Delta, with a comprehensive transportation network of highways, railways, ports, and airports - making raw material procurement and product shipping extremely convenient. The factory covers over 10,000 square meters, with standardized workshops, warehouses, and an R&D building. Production is divided into seven stages: cutting, welding, machining, surface treatment, assembly, testing, and packaging. We employ over 100 people, including over 20 management and technical personnel and over 80 frontline workers. Core equipment includes dynamic balancing machines, CNC laser cutting machines, laser welding machines, CNC bending machines, and CNC spinning machines, with monthly production capacity of approximately 5 million RMB. Our products span eight major series with nearly 300 specifications, serving industries including metallurgy, petrochemicals, and power, with customers across 26 provinces and cities nationwide and some products exported overseas with main machinery.

We uphold the philosophy of dedicated pre-sales, attentive during-sales, and reassuring after-sales service. Pre-sales, technical personnel provide one-on-one consultation to understand operating conditions and requirements, delivering selection proposals and drawings. During-sales, dedicated sales representatives follow up throughout, regularly sending progress photos and videos; upon completion, customers are notified for inspection or provided with factory inspection reports. After-sales, all products carry a one-year warranty - manufacturing defects within the warranty period are repaired or parts replaced free of charge; beyond the warranty period, lifetime cost-price repair is offered (only component costs charged). Dedicated positions respond within 24 hours and provide solutions within 48 hours; on-site service is arranged as agreed. Bulk and long-term customers enjoy value-added services including regular follow-up visits, operational inspections, and operator training.

 

Packaging & Shipping

 

 

Small fans are packaged in reinforced corrugated cartons with foam padding, equipment wrapped in plastic bags for moisture protection, with cardboard corner protectors on impellers and collectors. Medium and large fans use fumigated solid wooden crates with forklift slots and lifting points on the base; inside, equipment is wrapped in stretch film, flanges and machined surfaces coated with rust-preventive oil and fitted with covers, impellers secured on dedicated brackets to prevent collision, motors and junction boxes fitted with waterproof covers. Accessories include conformity certificate, user manual, packing list, and anchor bolts, sealed in waterproof bags and secured in place. Exterior markings include product name/model, crate number, weight, dimensions, and moisture/fragile handling symbols. We support EXW delivery or transport to domestic ports (freight borne by us, customs clearance excluded); for export, we can provide commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. We accept multi-currency settlement; bulk orders enjoy tiered discounts.
